You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Platform Usage

Companies may post audit requests and review researcher profiles. Researchers may respond to audits, maintain profiles, and share private showcases.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable regulations.

• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts.
• No sharing of confidential audit materials without permission.
• No harassment, spam, or abuse of other users.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting content, you grant Need4Audit a non-exclusive license to display and operate the platform.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you share, including private audit showcases.

4. Disclaimers

Need4Audit provides an introduction and coordination platform. We do not guarantee specific audit outcomes, security findings, or the fitness of any researcher or company.

The services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Need4Audit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid (if any) during the twelve months prior to the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or we detect activity that threatens platform integrity.

You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
